"I would like to take this opportunity to express our extreme satisfaction with DMA for your services to our office.

Less than a year ago we made the decision to sign a maintenance agreement with another IT company for our technical support.  Much to our dismay, they could not follow through on several of their previously made promises. In one instance their technician was very abrupt and would not even discuss an issue saying it was not their problem. 

Because of our experience in the past with DMA I knew what I needed to do.  I simply placed a call and spoke to the sales staff from DMA regarding my predicament.

Within a few minutes Kevin from technical support called me back and asked how he could help with our problem.  He remotely connected into my system, and in a minimum amount of time resolved our problem.
